IsoQuaC is a statistical analysis tool for proteomics data labeled with isobaric tags. IsoQuaC provides a quick and standardized analysis based on the output data from third-party search engines, like e.g., Proteome Discoverer, MaxQuant, MSFragger, MS-GF+, . The tool is hosted by the Center for Statistics and the Data Science Institute at Hasselt University and receives funding from the Elixir program.
